Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid digital assessments and services offered through MyWay Career by Ansari Institute. Please read it before making a payment.
1. Digital Assessments
Paid assessments provide access to digital questions, assessment functionality and/or a generated report. Once access to a paid assessment has been provided and the assessment has been started, the fee is generally non-refundable because the digital service has begun or been delivered.
2. Duplicate or Unsuccessful Payments
If you are charged more than once for the same order, or your payment is successful but the paid service is not unlocked due to a technical issue, contact us with your registered name, email address, transaction reference and payment date. We will verify the transaction and, where a refund is due, arrange it through the original payment method or the payment provider’s process.
3. Technical Problems
If a technical problem prevents you from accessing a service you paid for, contact us promptly. We will first try to resolve the issue or provide the service. If we cannot reasonably provide the purchased service, we will review the case for an appropriate refund.
4. Counselling Services
Online and offline counselling fees are displayed on their respective information pages. At present, the counselling registration form is an enquiry and appointment request; submitting it does not collect payment or confirm a paid booking. Any payment arrangement, appointment date and applicable cancellation terms will be communicated by Ansari Institute before a counselling session is confirmed.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email info@mywaycareer.com with the subject “Refund Request”. Include your full name, registered email or mobile number, service or assessment name, payment date, transaction/reference ID and a short explanation of the issue. Do not email full card numbers, passwords or banking PINs.
6. Review and Processing
We will review the information and may request reasonable supporting details. If a refund is approved, the time taken for the amount to appear in your account depends on the payment provider and bank. We will share any available confirmation or reference details.
